Volunteers

​Park West School Division requires all individuals working or volunteering within our schools to provide a current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check and a current Child Abuse Registry Check. Please read the PWSD Administrative Procedure on School Volunteers for further information.

Please email Mrs. Arran at darran@pwsd.ca to request a volunteer letter, and include your full legal name and date of birth. This letter will be required to apply for your checks. 

​To apply for your Adult and Child Abuse Registry, please complete the online application. As a volunteer these checks are free of cost. 

To apply for your Criminal Record Check with the Vulnerable Sector Check please visit your local RCMP detachment office. 

If you will be driving students in your private vehicle, we will also require a current copy of your Driver's Licence and Vehicle Insurance. Please contact Mrs. Arran to make a copy of these documents for you.
